Refund Policy

At Smart Installs, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our products & services. Please review our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions surrounding refunds and warranties.

Refunds on Labor and Installation Services

Refunds are not provided for labor work that has already been completed or for any successful installations. Once a service has been performed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Refunds on Custom Computer Builds

For custom or pre-built designed computer builds, we offer a limited refund policy. Refunds are available for up to two months from the date the computer has been delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a refund, the computer must be returned in its original condition. Any physical damage or unauthorized modifications may void the eligibility for a refund.

Warranty on PC Optimization Services

Our PC Optimization services include a two-month warranty from the date of service. If issues arise related to the optimization service within this period, we will provide further support to address these concerns. However, refunds are not available for PC Optimization services.
