  3. Each build undergoes rigorous testing and optimizations to ensure stability and exceptional performance right out of the box.

Shipping Process

Once your custom PC has passed our quality control checks, it will be securely packaged and shipped to your designated address. To protect your investment:

  • Shipping Insurance: Each shipment includes insurance coverage of up to $5,000 to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
  • Reliable Couriers: We partner with trusted shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey.

Refund Policy for Shipped PCs

  • Custom PC Builds: Refunds are available for custom PC builds for up to two months from the delivery date. The system must be returned in its original condition. Refunds will not be granted for physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
  • Labor and Installation Services: Refunds are not offered for completed labor work or successful installations.

Warranty and Support

To ensure your confidence when shopping with us, we provide:

  • Component Warranty Protection: All parts in your custom PC are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • One Month of Free Tech Support: Should any issues arise within the first month of delivery, our team is available to assist you at no additional cost.
  • Digital Optimization Services Warranty: Our PC optimization services, delivered via digital download, include a two-month warranty for any service-related issues.
